Refund Policy – Skin & Aesthetics Clinic
At our clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality treatments, professional care, and client satisfaction. Due to the nature of aesthetic and cosmetic procedures, the following refund policy applies to all treatments, services, packages, and products. Treatments & Services All treatments and services are non-refundable once carried out. This includes, but is not limited to: Dermal fillers, Skin boosters, Microneedling, Hydrofacials, Chemical peels, Advanced facial treatments, and Consultation fees.
Results and Bookings
Results may vary between individuals depending on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, medical history, metabolism, and adherence to aftercare advice. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued based on dissatisfaction with results. All booking fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits secure your appointment time and cover administrative and preparation costs. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows result in loss of deposit.
Packages, Products and Medical
Treatment packages and opened skincare products are non-refundable. Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours. If treatment cannot proceed due to medical contraindications or undisclosed conditions, payments may be forfeited. Adjustments are at practitioner discretion.
